Dr. Subrata Chakraborty has had a distinguished career as a Senior Professor, Dean and Director in Charge at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. He has also held position of Director at the Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow. He is known to his students and admirers for his excellence in analysis of various management subjects as well as his  talks on leadership and values based change.

Mr. Varun Vidyarthi has a formal background in Engineering  & Business Management. The Indian spiritual tradition of finding a purpose in life, led him to abandon a corporate career to live & work in rural India. Visiting Fellow at the Institute of Development Studies,  Sussex,  Research Fellow at the  East West Center, Honolulu, & has traveled extensively in rural South Asia. He is the Chief Executive of  Manavodaya Institute recognised as a center of excellence in self help & values led approaches to development.
